Zillow Academy — the onboarding learning plan

Zillow requires the Preferred onboarding plan before you take connections, and the office requires it before Anthony turns you on. It tracks your progress — do it under the right email or it won't count.

1. Open https://academy.zillowgroup.com. There is no Log in button to hunt for — the site sends you straight to a Zillow sign-in form. Type the same email as your Premier Agent profile in the Email Address box and click Continue.

   You should now seeSign in — To access Zillow Academy, sign in with your Zillow Agent Profile account.
   Ignore Continue with Google / Apple / Facebook unless one of them signs you in with that exact address. Same trap as guide 2.1: a second Zillow account means your Academy progress lands somewhere the office can't see, and you get asked to do it all again.

   

2. Open the plan directly: https://academy.zillowgroup.com/learn/learning-plans/439/zillow-preferred-onboarding-learning-plan → click Enroll (or Start).

3. Do the four courses in order. Each is a set of short videos with a check at the end:
   • Raising the Bar with Zillow Preferred Program Standards
   • Connections that Convert
   • Your Zillow Tools Advantage
   • Better Together — Zillow Home Loans

   You should now seea green tick and a percentage on the plan page as each one completes.

4. Then the two extras, also required: Real Time Touring https://academy.zillowgroup.com/learn/courses/2129/real-time-touring and the 5-Minute Mock AI Connection Call https://academy.zillowgroup.com/learn/courses/2873/zillow-premier-agent-5-minute-ai-mock-connection-call. The mock call is a practice phone call with a computer — do it somewhere quiet, out loud.

5. When the plan shows 100%, screenshot it.

6. Then watch the three office recordings on the Trello item — Setting Expectations, Preparing for the Call, Real Time Tours — about 40 minutes each. These are Anthony's, and they're the ones that match how RE/MAX One actually works Zillow.
