You’ll need
your headshot, your licence number(s), your MLS ID, and your bio in your Notes app so you can paste it
Your Zillow profile is what a buyer sees when Zillow connects them to you. Anthony can't add you to the team until it exists, so this is the one that unblocks everything else. Use the SAME email you gave the office — it has to match Follow Up Boss.
Open the Zillow Premier Agent app — navy square, white house-and-Z, yellow bar along the bottom. Not installed? That's item 1.18: search "Zillow Premier Agent" in the App Store or Google Play. (It is a different app from the ordinary blue Zillow app buyers use.)
the Zillow Premier Agent icon Type the email from your Trello card in the Email Address box and tap Continue. Zillow emails you a code — type that in.
Ignore the Google, Apple and Facebook buttons unless one of them signs you in with that exact same email. A Zillow account sitting on your personal Gmail will not match Follow Up Boss, and Anthony's team invite will land on an account you can't use. When in doubt, type the email.the Email Address box and Continue Turn on notifications when it asks, then tap Allow on the phone's own pop-up.
You should now see"Stay up to date" with two choices. Take Turn on notifications — not Maybe later. A Zillow connection is a live buyer on the phone right now, and the agent who answers first usually keeps them. With notifications off you find out hours later.Turn on notifications Tap More — bottom right of the screen, the three little dots. (Not a photo of you; the profile lives inside this menu.)
the More button in the bottom bar At the top of the menu, tap your name — "View your profile".
"View your profile" at the top of the More menu Your public profile opens — this is exactly what a buyer sees. Scroll to the bottom and tap Edit.
the Edit button at the bottom of your profile Tap Profile in the menu that pops up.
You should now seefive options — Profile, Account settings, MLS Agent IDs, My listings, Past sales. You'll come back for MLS Agent IDs in step 12.the Edit menu, with Profile at the top Photo: tap the camera circle → Choose from library → your headshot. Same photo you use everywhere.
Name exactly as it appears on your licence. Fill the About me box with your bio from guide 1.1, and set your pronouns if you want them shown.
Brokerage: type RE/MAX One and pick it from the list. Don't type it freehand — pick it, so Zillow links you to the office.
You should now seeRE/MAX One under your name on the profile, and a blue Member of RE/MAX ONE line under that once Anthony has added you to the team.If instead you seeRE/MAX One doesn't appear: stop and text Anthony — the office needs to link you first.Licence: add your state and number. Add a second one if you hold two.
MLS Agent IDs — don't skip this. Back on your profile, tap Edit → MLS Agent IDs and enter your MLS ID for each MLS you belong to (SmartMLS for CT, MLS PIN for MA, State-Wide for RI). This is what makes your closed deals show up as Recent Sales and feed your sales count. Without it your profile reads as though you've never sold a house.
the MLS Agent IDs screen Service areas: add every town you'd actually drive to. Zillow uses this to decide which connections to send you.
Back on your profile, tap Share and copy the link.

While you're here
Your profile also has a Request a review button, right next to Edit. That's the fastest way to ask a past client for a Zillow review — you'll use it at every closing. Google first, Zillow second, but both matter.
Reviews and Recent Sales are the two things a buyer actually scrolls to. A profile with a photo, a real bio, sales showing and a couple of reviews converts; one without doesn't.
You’re done whenyour profile shows your photo, RE/MAX One, your licence, your towns — and your recent sales once the MLS ID syncs (give it a day).
Now do thisTrello card → phase 2 → tick item 1 and paste the link in a comment → tick item 2 (the ✔ one). That tick tells Anthony to send your team invite.
