You’ll need
your MLS ID, your board dues paid in full, and to know which board you actually joined
The lockbox on a listing is opened with an app on your phone, not a physical key. Which app you get — and what it costs — depends on which REALTOR® board you joined, not on RE/MAX One. Get this wrong and you pay about $170 a year for a key your dues already cover. Find your row, do only that row.
First — which key is yours?

Not sure which board you joined? It's on your dues invoice, or ask your TC. Don't sign up for a second key — you'd be paying twice for the same doors.
Now do one path and only one path. Your row above names your key. If it says SentriLock, do Path A and stop — Path B is not yours and costs money you do not need to spend. If it says Supra eKey, skip Path A entirely and start at Path B.
PATH A — SentriLock · ECAR and Rhode Island agents
Contact Stefanie Bishop at ECAR (860-892-2595 · stefanie@easternctrealtors.com) — or your RI board — and ask to activate SentriKey. They set you up and email login details.
Install SentriKey Real Estate from the App Store or Google Play, log in, and set your PIN.

Need Supra as well, for a listing on a Supra box outside ECAR's area? Ask ECAR — the cooperative agreement lets members add Supra eKey. Do this only if you actually hit a Supra box.
That is Path A finished. Everything below is the Supra path — you do not need it. Go tick the item on your Trello card.
PATH B — Supra eKey · SmartMLS, GHAR, New Haven Middlesex and MLS PIN agents
Call SmartMLS Membership at 203-750-6000 and ask to add Supra eKey service to your account. Have your MLS ID ready.

When it asks, allow Bluetooth, and set Location to Allow While Using App — without both, the box won't open.

Open the app → Activate eKey app → enter the email or mobile number SmartMLS has on file → choose a 4-digit PIN → Submit. Supra texts or emails an Authorization Code link. Tap it, accept the agreement, and the key finishes setting itself up.

Back on SupraWEB, enter your eKey serial number — it is on the app's home screen, on the line under your name — and your PIN, and pick your MLS from the dropdown.
You should now seethe home screen also names the board your key is registered to, in the yellow bar under the header. That is the quickest way to check you are on the right board — if it names a board you did not join, call before you go to a showing. Your serial is a credential: do not post it or text it to anyone but support.

Path B, continued — opening a lockbox
Stand next to the box. Open the eKey app and tap OBTAIN KEY — bottom left, next to OPEN SHACKLE. Do not tap Open Shackle by mistake: that releases the box from the door handle, which is how boxes go missing.
OBTAIN KEY, bottom left of the home screen Hold your phone near the box. It finds the box first, and only then asks for your PIN — the 4-digit code you chose when you activated the key. Nothing happens until the box is found, so if no PIN box appears you are not close enough.
You should now seean OBTAIN KEY screen with a single PIN field. Forgotten it? Forgot PIN? is on that same screen and resets it without a phone call — useful to know before you are standing on a doorstep.

Your key updates itself daily over the internet. If the app says an update is required and won't connect, get an update code from SupraWEB or call 1-888-968-4032, then enter it under Update / Emergency Update.

Start with Basic. Upgrade to Professional once you carry listings and want showing history and access-hour control on your phone. Your board or MLS sets the price difference.
Where the savings are
ECAR members pay nothing for SentriLock — it's in your dues. Against SmartMLS's $84.67 twice a year, that's roughly $170 a year saved, before lockbox purchases.
Rhode Island (KWAOR): up to three lockboxes free when you commit to SentriKey. GHAR: buy the iBox at $75 instead of $110. MLS PIN: Bluetooth boxes $99 vs SmartMLS's $108.
Anyone who gets a key from one MLS and also works another area: ask before buying a second key. SmartMLS, for example, only charges its key fee to agents who bought the key from SmartMLS.
If it doesn't work
Supra Agent Support: 877-699-6787, seven days a week, 8am–10pm Eastern. They can re-issue an authorization code, move your key to a new phone, or fix a jammed box.

New phone? Reinstall the app and request a new authorization code from inside it — you don't need to re-buy anything. Still stuck after one call: message your TC with what the app says on screen.
You’re done whenthe app opens on your phone, shows a serial number, and you've done a practice open on a box at the office.
Now do thisTrello card → phase 1 → tick item 16. Tell your TC which key you have — Supra or SentriLock — so showing instructions come to you in the right format.
