You’ll need
your headshot, your Blinq card link (guide 1.8)
Instagram is where listing videos and open-house stories go. A professional account gives you insights and a contact button; it's free.
Decide first: keep one account and make it professional, or create a second real-estate account? If your personal account is mostly friends and family, make a second one with your real-estate Gmail — firstname.sellshomes or firstnamerealtor — and keep personal life private. If you already post publicly, convert the one you have.
Open Instagram → your profile (bottom right) → three lines (top right) → Settings and privacy (or Settings and activity).
Scroll to Account type and tools → Switch to professional account.

Category: type Real Estate and take Real Estate Agent if it's offered; otherwise take the closest one. You can change this later.
Account type: Business, not Creator. Creator is built for influencers and hides some of the contact options you want.If instead you seethe row says Switch to personal account: you're already professional.
