You’ll need
your headshot, the RE/MAX One logo (ask Lia), your cell, your real-estate email, your review link and your Zillow profile link
A digital business card is not a link page. You hand it to someone — tap, QR or text — and it lands in their phone contacts, with your headshot, your brokerage and every link you want them to have. It never runs out and it is never out of date, which is the whole argument against reprinting paper cards every time something changes.
A — Build the card
Go to blinq.me and sign up with your real-estate Gmail (the one from guide 1.4), or install the Blinq app and sign up there. The free plan does everything in this guide.
If instead you seeyou already have a Blinq card from a previous brokerage: do not start a new one. Open the existing card and change the company logo, title and links below.Open Cards in the left menu, click your card, then Edit.
You should now seeyour card on the left with Edit, Delete and Share card, and two tabs above it: Card View and QR Code.the Cards screen with Edit and Share card Brand kit — set three things. Profile photo: your headshot from item 1.2, the same one you use everywhere. Company logo: the RE/MAX One logo (ask Lia for the file — do not pull one off Google, the brokerage has the approved artwork). Cover image is optional.
You should now seeyour headshot and the RE/MAX ONE logo in the Brand kit row, and the phone preview on the right updating as you go.the Brand kit and Details panel with the live preview Details — add your name, your title and your company, each as its own row. Title should name the states you are licensed in, e.g. Realtor MA/CT. Company: RE/MAX ONE.
You should now seeeach detail listed with its own Edit link so you can change one without rebuilding the card.Add your contact rows and links: email, cell, your website, then your Google review link (guide 1.15), your Zillow profile (guide 2.1), and your socials. Label them the way you would say them out loud — Follow me on Instagram reads better than Instagram.
If instead you seeyou want the phone row to be your business line rather than your personal mobile: change the label from Personal before you save. Whatever number is on this card is the number strangers will call at 9pm.Pick a Theme color, then Save.
B — Share it, and put it where it earns
Back on the card, use Share card to send it by text or email, or turn on the tap-to-share options.
You should now seeyour card opens on the other person's phone with a Save contact button — that button is the entire point. Text it to yourself first and tap Save contact, so you know what a client sees.Open the QR Code tab and Download the image. Print it on your open-house sign-in sheet, your yard-sign rider and the back of any paper card you still hand out.
You should now seea plain black-and-white QR and a Download button. If instead you seeyou want your logo inside the QR: that is a Blinq Premium or Business feature. The plain QR scans exactly the same — do not pay for this on the brokerage's account without asking Anthony first.the QR Code tab with Download Put the card link in three places: your Instagram bio (guide 1.14), the last line of your email signature (guide 1.5), and your Facebook page's website field (guide 1.12).
Before you call it done — the brokerage rule
Your card is a marketing piece, so it carries the same requirement as your signature and your business cards: RE/MAX One, your name, the states you are licensed in, REALTOR® or Broker, and 212 Route 32, Uncasville, CT 06382. Check yours shows all five before you share it.
You’re done whenyou texted the card to yourself, opened it on your phone, tapped Save contact, and your own details landed in your contacts correctly.
Now do thisTrello card → phase 1 → tick 1.8 and paste your card link in a comment.
