Professional mode lets people follow you without being your friend, and shows you how your posts actually perform. Your personal profile stays personal — this adds a public layer on top of it. Do it on a computer: the buttons are where you can see them, and it is a one-time job.
Go to facebook.com and open your own profile — click your photo in the top right, then your name.
your profile page Below your name is a row of tabs — All · About · Reels · Photos · Friends · More. At the far right of that row, level with the tabs, is a ··· button. Click it.
If instead you seeyou clicked More ▾ and got Groups / Events / Check-ins / Reviews given / Manage sections — wrong menu. That one is inside the row. What actually changed
People can follow you now. A follower sees your public posts without being your friend. That is the point — your friend list stays your friend list, and your market posts reach further than 300 people.
Only your public posts are public. Posts you set to Friends stay to friends. Professional mode does not retroactively expose anything.
You get numbers. The Insights panel tells you which posts people actually watched. Most agents post into the dark for a year before they see this.
You’re done whenthe blue Dashboard button is on your profile.
