Privacy notice

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This notice covers sellwithsantos.com, the website of Robbie Greene Santos, REALTOR®, with RE/MAX One. It says what I collect through the forms on this site, why, who sees it, and what you can ask me to change.

What I collect and why

• What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, a property address and anything you write to me.
• Which form you used, the page it was on, the time, and the consent wording you saw and agreed to.

I use it only to answer you: to prepare the home value you asked for, to send the market updates you signed up for, and to call, text or email you about your request. Every market-update email has an unsubscribe link; use it any time and the emails stop.

Text messages

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

I text you only if you ticked the "Text me too" box on the form. That box is optional and not needed to get your home value. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call or email me to stop them.

Who sees it

• Me, Robbie Greene Santos, and my brokerage, RE/MAX One, which supervises my work.
• Two service providers that handle it for me and for no other purpose: Netlify, which hosts this website, and Follow Up Boss, the client system where your request is kept.

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Correct or delete your information

Ask me to show you, correct or delete what I hold about you, and I will, unless the law or my brokerage's record-keeping rules require me to keep a record of a real estate transaction. I'll answer a request to see, correct or delete your information within 30 days.
