Log in to your forms library (TransactionDesk or Remine Docs+)

About 10 minutes if it works · up to a day if your account needs a reset
✓ Checked on a live screen · 14 Sep 2026

You’ll need

your MLS login, your NRDS number (on your Realtor board card)

This is where every contract, disclosure and RE/MAX One template lives. CT and RI agents use TransactionDesk; MA agents use Remine Docs+. Both are free through your MLS. Confirm you can see the forms before you need to write an offer at 9pm.

A — TransactionDesk (Connecticut and Rhode Island)

  1. Go to https://smartmls.com and click MLS LOGIN, top right (Rhode Island: State-Wide MLS instead). Sign in as you normally do — you land on the Member Dashboard.

the MLS LOGIN button on smartmls.com
the MLS LOGIN button on smartmls.com
  2. Scroll past Featured Products — it is not there. The tile lives in the next block down, MLS Products and Resources, and it is labelled Transaction Desk as two words. Click it; it opens without a second login.

You should now seea dark red wolf-head icon. The black wolf-head tile immediately to its right is Authentisign, which is the signing tool, not the forms library — they are nearly the same picture, so read the label, not the icon.

  3. Click Forms in the left menu. This is where every RE/MAX One form lives — not under Templates.

You should now seea short list of folders: your state board (CTR Forms Library, ECAR Forms Library), your MLS (SmartMLS Contract Forms, SmartMLS Membership Forms), and the brokerage folder, which is named RE/MAX Home Team — not "RE/MAX One".
If instead you seean empty Forms area, or no RE/MAX Home Team folder: skip to If the forms aren't there below.

  4. Open RE/MAX Home Team — these are the brokerage's own forms, the ones no board library carries.

You should now seeAdverse Consequences Disclosure, Escrow Release & Sign Removal Form, Home Harmless Agreement, Purchase and Sale Agreement: Addendum To, and Referral Form. You pull these individually when a deal needs one.
If instead you seeyou went looking under Templates in the left menu and found it empty: that is normal. Templates is not where the offer packets live — TransactionDesk offers you a packet when you create a transaction, keyed to your board and the transaction type. See guide 5.1.

  5. Open your profile (your name, top right) and check your name, cell, email and licence number are right — they auto-fill onto every contract.

B — Remine Docs+ (Massachusetts)

  1. Log in to MLS PIN (Pinergy). Your username is your MA licence number.

  2. Find Remine in the Quick Links box — right-hand column, and you have to scroll down to it. It is not in the top menu bar. Click it, then Docs+ in Remine’s left menu.

You should now seeRemine asks you to sign in again — MLS Agent ID and password. This is normal and it is not the same as the Connecticut side, where TransactionDesk opens straight through from SmartMLS with no second login. Budget for a password reset the first time.
If instead you seethere is no Remine row in Quick Links: that box is customisable, so it may simply not be switched on for you. Click Add/Remove Items underneath it and add Remine.

  3. Inside Docs+, open Form Library in the left menu. Nothing in Docs+ is called Forms — the four libraries are Package Library, Form Library, Clause Library and Checklist Library. And do not go looking on Pinergy itself: it has a Forms link in the thin black bar at the top of every page, and a Forms & Flyers link under MLS PIN Resources on the dashboard. Both are MLS PIN’s own paperwork, not your transaction forms.

You should now seethree libraries — MLS PIN, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS (spelled out; it is not abbreviated to MAR here) and (AN7813) RE/MAX ONE.
If instead you seeno Massachusetts Association of REALTORS library: your NRDS number isn’t attached to your account — skip to If the forms aren’t there at the bottom of this guide.

  4. Open (AN7813) RE/MAX ONE — that is the brokerage’s own folder, and the name really does start with the brokerage ID in brackets. It is not called RE/MAX Home Team; that is what the same folder is called on the Connecticut side, in TransactionDesk. Confirm the RE/MAX One documents are listed inside.

If instead you seeyou see no folder with RE/MAX in the name at all: your account is still attached to a previous brokerage — skip to If the forms aren’t there below.
  5. Check your profile details — name, cell, email, licence — before you start a file.

If the forms aren't there

Two common reasons, both fixable by the platform's live chat, not by the office:

1. You came from a brokerage that also used TransactionDesk or Remine. Your account is still attached to them. Open live chat (TransactionDesk: https://lonewolf.my.site.com/s/chat-with-us · Remine: https://support.remine.com) and say "I've moved to RE/MAX One, please reset my account to my new brokerage."

2. Your NRDS number isn't on file, or you're licensed in two states and NRDS only shows one. Give the chat your NRDS number and ask them to add the missing board's forms library. You can only see forms from boards you belong to.

Still nothing after chat? Text Anthony a screenshot of what you see.

Finish line

You’re done whenyou can open Forms and see your board's library and the RE/MAX Home Team folder, and open a form from each.

The brokerage’s TransactionDesk class. Still the only recording of either forms platform — Remine Docs+ has never been recorded, so for Massachusetts the pictures above are what you have.

Stuck right now? Text Anthony (AI questions: Robbie) — that is the fast path when something is blocking you. The form below is the other thing: it is for telling us this PAGE is wrong, so it gets fixed once, for everyone.
